My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Yes, as our policy states the animal must be accommodated with enough food provided for the length of stay by the owner, but also take specific instruction as to how your pet should be fed with what is provided, LPB does not provide food as every animal is different. Switching food types, brand, and many more factors are not suggested for your animal.
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
We supply a crate of appropriate size for all dogs. Also, we supply a bed and toys, though bringing your animals favorite personal items from home are always a great idea! We provide other services for your dogs stay that can be discussed in person or over the phone.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
Here at LPB we supply owners & caretakers with the best customer service. We send pictures and sometimes short videos of your pet's activities while staying with us. You can always also call directly to speak with Ashlyn & Conner for more information at any time.
What method of payment do you take?
Currently we take Venmo, Cash App, Check & Cash only and payment is done in person. We are currently working on online payments as well as all major card holders.
Is my pet separated from other animals?
Yes, all animals boarded at Lotus Pet Boarding are kept in their own facility separate from other dogs & animals.
Am I charged a daycare fee if I board my pet overnight & pick-up at a later time on the go home date?
You are only charged a daycare fee if your pet boards overnight & is not picked up by 11 a.m. on the go home date.
